  1. I bid your new year's resolutions come true!
  2. One way you can is to script your own input:on *:INPUT:#: { if (/* !iswm $1) && (!$ctrlenter) { echo -t # $+(<,$cnick($me).color,$nick(#,$me).pnick,>) $+($chr(3),04,$1-) .msg # $1- | haltdef } } See 04 means red in mirc color. All you have to do is change it to correspond the color you want from 01 to 15
  3. I thought you could change your font color through "mIRC Colors" dialog, where "Own text" is your own input.
  4. I agree with err0r, unless you have a very good "people connection," odds are you'd need a college degree to secure a job position against other applicants. I know, life isn't fair...lol
  5. To graduate or not to graduate...at the end of the day, it's your call. You're in charge of your own life. Opinions are vary from person to person.
  6. There are successful stories about people who don't even have college degrees and still earn good money for a living. If you think college is a waste of time, learn a skill and apply that to your future career.

  11. So you basically buy a car with tracking device installed and controlled by a 3rd party? So much for privacy. I suppose there's good and bad about this idea. The good being that you need desperate help when in an accident, but not much so when you're a carjacker who steals a car with OnStar equipped...lol
  12. People who don't ask questions are stupider than those who keep asking questions, foolish or not.
  13. Question: Shouldn't Buzzen official rooms be abbreviated as BCR and supported room as BSR? But in the window version, they sorta been reversed.
  14. Perhaps you were lucky that you didn't get injected with bad codes when rumbaar's site was exploited and later cleaned...Regardlessly, you should always put yourself on the safe side.
  15. Johnson, The connection you've shown will require modification to be able to work for Buzzen. The thing is, why bother when there are many good connections already available for you to choose from? Get a barebone Buzzen connection and add a personal touch or your own tweaks to it, so it can turn out to be appealing to your liking.
  16. I reckon there's no way of detecting rooms that are hidden (+s)?
  17. But when opera gets popular over the long haul, it'll eventually be targeted by virus writers trying to exploit it.
  18. I can't recall the last time I ran IE...and I don't plan to unless necessary. lol
  19. err0r, your work is commendable, and finally someone like you is big-hearted enough to release a standalone room lister. I also like to thank all you testers for making it possible. Keep up the good work.

    Word Kicker

Is this able to kick on special characters of some sort? I know some people use weird, funky ones in combination of profanity. To add, I suppose one has to convert them or else mirc won't be able to read them.
  21. I always feel that "free security programs" are substandard when compared to the paid ones.
  22. Well, from my experience, watching HD programmed channels with HD TV looks a heck of a lot better than with regular TV.
  23. Thanks for the helpful info. These days you can't be too careful when it comes to being online. Those without security programs installed put them in harm's way.
  24. dippy, I think you've been baffled between HD TV and standard TV. Here is an answer from google search, and I quote:
  25. You meant, "I find this quite puzzling if anyone can solder some light on this please do
