The new MSN.com picks up on Microsoft's "Metro" design language and will be available exclusively to Windows 8 users on October 26th. As most Windows 8 devices will ship with msn.com as the default homepage, most users will be greeted with the news site when they first use a new Windows machine this holiday season. The redesign takes all the typical features you'd expect from a Windows 8 app and adapts to different resolutions and Windows 8's snap features. Microsoft claims the pages render twice as fast as the classic version of MSN. Along with a new corporate logo, Microsoft also unveiled a newly designed homepage last month — taking some inspiration from the company's widely used design language.
