clbryan26 you just dont have enough time err0r and i have run an ircd server before and we had problems with users abusing the server sometimes there just wasnt enough hours in the day to do everything I would suggest having a chatroom on someone elses server and let them have the problems

yes gate, an employer will look at the qualifications and if they don't meet the minimum they are looking for , you wont even get into the interviews

speaking as an ex employer and ex director Its always better to get the qualifications and be over qualified for a job than not to get them and find someone else is more qualified. That being said, if you get an interview and you show a lot of commonsense then that can be enough to get the job some people have all the qualifications and no commonsense at all still i would rather employ someone who has the correct qualifications, its easier for insurance etc
