err0r Posted March 15, 2008 Report Share Posted March 15, 2008 make sure you are using ie as buzzen doesn't like firefox as much.. sometimes it does save the info but the page doesn't refresh automatically.. are you trying to change spacedom info or what? Deanne Posted March 16, 2008 Report Share Posted March 16, 2008 If you are using a script and trying to join with a new passport you may have to join through webchat first. This is because sometimes information is missing on the passport, and buzzen requires you to fill in that additional data, before you join a room.
