Jagie
Okay I was wondering of setting up an irc server and putting like 2 chatrooms on my site like Helpdesk And Thelobby but i need to ask about NTL - this mostly goes to ozzy cus he probably knows or doesnt, Does NTL allow irc server stuff or do they forbidd it and then close your account down? because i have a isp that all my dad and ma bro uses and they pay 4 it and so i dont wanna get like letters home saying that your account has been closed due to a chat network or irc server being opened and shit like dattt? i have tested it out and it does work with my ip currently but i dont want to carry on using it due to the above so can sum1 help me out with thiss??? Rancid_
If you have unlimited broadband its fine it wont cause any pressure on your ISP expecially if its runng of your computer

Rancid_
I dont think it would have anything to do with it because its a direct connection between you and another computer.
