Vista Vs Xp

Recommended Posts

I wouldn't rush out to buy a machine to run Vista, but if you are upgrading your pc anyways, choose Vista.

1. It is not as resource exhaustive as people (including me) said it was.

2. It handles errors way better.

3. It manages memory way better.

4. It looks way better.

5. It is "more secure".

6. It is more stable. (see 2 & 3)

7. less reboots

8. adding copyrights and sig so images you create is easy as pie ( what black scorpion said )

9. longer support from windows

10. its windows. ( what x fusion said )

11. visual for gamers is better aswell

Yeah Molson sorry but you really should do some more research. Many of those windows I saw were a security feature you can easily turn off.

The blue screen ... Vista doesnt freeze and crash like XP does. It recovers itself afterwards and continues. Program incompatibility. XP had the same message with drivers. What did you do then? Same thing you do now. Error messages? You never see error messages on XP?

Try it out for a month or two then talk shit about it.

Where have I bad mouth bad vista in this thread? If I have, I was only pointing out what I have read or saw for own eyes, as my father has vista and when I go his place, I ususally go on the vista pc. Never, never ever seen XP crash or say there's a problem when you try to delete stuff from the recyling bin. Want me to point out more? Because there is more.
