I would like a program that scamble's my IP number. Using broadband it stays the same and that isn't always good.

is it possible to add an IP scrambler in borgirc and if so where can it be found and how does it work?

and where can I find supertrivia? I do have the dutch questions and answers. It's no big deal to translate the english commands into dutch for me.
