police ? all irc server hav staffmembers that can see ip's , i'm shore if you report those ppl who are abusive the staff of that server will know what to do.

check if port 113 isn't blockt or if router isn't blocking TCP

check your router if tcp isn't blockt or try a reset of your router ( if you use one ) is it only chat that disconnects or does messenger and/or other stuff disconnect aswell?

this means we can let the ocx connect to other irc servers without the need of any updates of the chat software. vsixc has alway's been open to the idea of joining forces with "existing servers" . and yes we are aware this is not a easy task and evey thing needs to be talked aboute before a partnerschip can be created.

we can / could let it connect to other servers , but only with linkt servers. vsixc chat has always been open to the idea of teaming up with others.

we at vsixc.com use our own ocx and i don't give a tos on how many chatters other networks have. the ppl that come to vsixc.com enjoy it and thats the main thing

i don't see what's so good in flooding , the only ppl that get hurt by this are regular ppl that just want to chat with their friends.
