Which font? The one for chatters text? That can be changed. You'll notice a font colour option in the menu I had up when I took the screenshot. I just click that and I can change the font (all the standard windows fonts are there), The style (bold, italic etc) and also the text colour.

This is my custom mIRC. I'm not going to take the credit for it as I didn't make it. I just added some of my own customizations. It was made by IRCX.
