If i remember if a bsr room is empty for along period of time it is hidden till the owner comes back, if the room has been removed then perhaps the owner was away alittl bit longer then they thought! But i would say get details to bsr support and go from there! To luky my personal opinion on msn ocx is that it has room for improvement, i personal would rather see a new ocx, oh i have and it knocks the pants off msn ocx..i have also seen vsixc ocx and that also knocks the pants off msn ocx! But that is only my opinion!

msn do not have a legal department legel issues are dealt with via microsoft themselfs as i have had communication with them in the past and no it was not due to some illegal practise by myself lol ! P.S i donot serve as a guide sysop on "THE CHAT THAT WE DARE NOT SPEAK IT'S NAME" i am a graphics designer even some here might think that i am not! And that is 1 reason why i never give you a straight answer, now if you would like to move on to any design issues you may have found on "THE CHAT THAT WE DARE NOT SPEAK IT'S NAME" other than the ocx i am quite will to give full detailed answers!

And what would be the response if someone turned up here and showed prove that they could use the sed software, would it be brushed under the carpet by you deanne?? This is theoretical by the way! i already spoken to alot of users and they are fine with an ocx change, but we must wait and see what the future will hold! they might just stay to see what graphics i come up with next lmso!

I have yet to see any form of notification that states 100% that use of the ocx is illegal, and do not quote any conditions from msn chat, msnchat is gone! please show me what microsoft redman have to say!

deanne as much as i would like to answer you direct i cannot say what microsoft and other parties have discussed... And it is not my area to be honest i rather stick to my design work!

deanne msn are not who you should contact but microsoft themselves! I hope this helps you clarify the information you have!

I have no beef with shagman ,i myself donot know the personal issues between himself and "THE CHAT THAT WE DARE NOT SPEAK IT'S NAME".I just point out the fact that not all staff are to blame for the situation! P.S msn have reopened thier ocx server.. And if they wanted to block clone sites they would have plain and simple!

Numbers mean nothing to me i prefer a room where users are friendly and welcoming, as with error i do not chat much spend alot of time with family and work and just use a room to run test on viper!
