One of my mates keep's getting this error trying to connect to usualsuspects.no-ip.org irc server.

 

I've never had this problem when trying to connect.

 

anyone have any idea's what might be wrong ?

Right, im just wondering is it possible to make a webpage display in an IRC channel. if so could anyone be kind, and help me out.

 

its for afew of my mates who join IRC channel's they play an online game where you attack people and get attacked, and the page i want to show on IRC is the status to show who's getting attacked. if you need anymore info then please ask and i will explain it better
