I think you cant use a decode alias in Nicklust.dll and its better not to use a decode as it slows down the process.Decoder values the character where as utf8 values bytes ,so its better to make a associatory utf8 alias.

Its better to use nicklist.dll for buzzen network .

Shane i said there is a way to change your nick, you can do it by using the regcookie.

Ya but buzzen's auth is abit different compared to msn,basically buzzen's server recives 2 auths and we shud send 1 in the second one .So its bit weird compared to msn .
