    I'm not convinced that it's authentic. It just looks too plain to me. On the SRC screenshot, for example, look at the two boxes for the nicknames - one is aligned closer to the top, the other closer to the bottom.

    Problem is you can't prove one way or the other as MSNChat is now closed.

    The tools were built by Koach for use by... Koach, with functionality in mind, not aesthetics.

    Despite the negativity and controversy that has surrounded the (so called) "MSN clone" servers, Buzzen has provided a stable, secure chat environment that so many users have missed/craved since the MSN Chat era.

     

    Having 6000+ users active on several high quality servers says it all and it proves to me that this website is here to stay and that it is justified in being the #1 chat environment for ex-msn lovers around the world.

     

    The staff of Buzzen deserve recognition for their achievements, not being put down at every opportunity.

     

    I for one hope that this website goes from strength to strength!

    Yeah i thought it might have been just user modes

     

    Or is that only applicable for multi-nick modes (i.e +vvvvvv nick1 nick2 nick3 nick4 etc)

    Hi, thanks for the reply.

     

    I think my original question is being misunderstood, although i'm not sure how i can phrase it to be more clear so i'll try again.

     

    As far as i am aware the server MODES=6 (part of the 005 raw) is the maximum amount of individual modes that can be set using one single command.

     

    You can also find the max number of modes by using $modespl on mIRC.

     

    Now, back to my original question, how come the following works if MODES=6 is set on the server...

     

    /mode #myroom +Fntmsxiu

     

    Thats 8 modes.

    The following command works fine (8 modes)...

     

    /mode #myroom +Fntmsxiu

     

    Why does it allow over 6 modes at once if MODES=6 is set?

    Removing file using mirc

    If i issue the following comand via mirc...

     

    remove myfile.txt

     

    It deletes the file and displays the following message in my status window...

     

    * Removed 'C:\path\to\myfile.txt'

     

    Is it possible to have it so it makes no message in the status window, i.e it does it without any notification?

    Hi Luky good to meet you!

     

    You are going to have to use punctuation whilst posting on forums, otherwise it could be a health hazard.

     

    Theres a good chance someone could die if they happened to be holding their breath whilst reading a post like that!

    Good point but I don't think this is an English Grammar lessons board. Especially with people from different countries and different dialects.

    I have got every thing

    the only thing i am missing is that i need a irc chat server

     

    I think you will find that 'every thing' IS an IRC server if you want to run a service 'Exactly alike them.'

    Having started a reply to this thread im getting the feeling its more than likely a joke.

     

    (either that or the countless bottles of Budweiser ive had today are really taking their toll!)
