Chat may not matter what server its on ... do you see me bashing ircd or ircx, no. Chatting maybe trust, trust is respect, respect is asking msn to use their intellectual property, which they would say no - so you think to yourself, okay I won't use it out of respect, which all these chat clones don't do - this is my point. I'm not acting like I own VSIXC, I have respect for IRCX because he made it from the ground up and it isn't best looking but it does the job perfectly, far more efficiently then a rip of msn.
Why do i keep talking about it ?, because people are talking about it like the idea of this is thick as mud when it isn't and i'm just trying to state the clear point.

really vsixc its all you need. you dont need this identical to msn crap or mimicing msn.

Well the OCX isn't to do with MSNs client-end T&C so the EULA would be useless. Charging a fee wouldn't be right because its their propiatry software thats made for the "MSN Chat Service" and nothing else.

I think buzzen is a pretty good chat service myself. I've been there once, and I liked it. However, my only concern about it is when msn shuts down what would that mean for buzzen since they use a clone of the msn chats ocx? If I can get this question answered, and if buzzen will keep going then I would start making some scripts, and addons for buzzen as well. Right now, I'm concentrating on VSIXc at the moment, because they have their own ocx, and won't be affected by msn's shutdown of chat service.
MSN will either conitue hosting the ocx for archive legacy reasons or they will take it down and if any website hosts it themselfs they might get a C&D notice or somthing maybe.

It's simply the root of the problem why there is conflict. Some say it's illegal to use the OCX, some say it's a proof that lack of programming knowledge can't make their own and is a "noob" website. Others say it's good because it's what they are used to.
My personal opinion is I just don't really like "chat sites". I can harass x-fusion on messenger as good as I can on here and on VSIXC.

not everyones is asking questions but alot are asking about phreik and buzzen support for TG does not support because they are msn clones. If people are looking to go there great but ozzy and err0r have clearly stated they do not support them! so here is not the place to ask questions about it.
I myself personally dont support IRC or MSN chat so im not support anyone on any platform.
I am marely stating the facts that have been repeated over and over again that ozzy and err0r have stated and are probably getting sick of telling people.

mirc isnt an unlimited code source there's many ways and styles of coding it but the library is limited, chances are globally someone at some stage has the same code as another person without knowledge of it because they've both coded it the same. This happens alot in the programming world, people have learnt to live with it specially .NET developers. mirc coders need to too and stop acting like its propiatry.
