I had to reformat my computer and went to buzzen to check to see what would happen and this is what i got!
This web site wants you to install the following add-on: 'MSN Chat Control 9.2.310.2401' from 'Microsoft Corporation MSN'. If you trust the web site and the add-on and want to install it, click here....
So they still have to get it from msn,
Buzzen is doing this Illegally and can't see being apart of it! Sad to see they have Christian rooms there and being apart of this!
Well I guess we will have to see how Jay covers this up or some other thief from buzzen staff! Think they got the name from smoken to much Pot!

If "THE CHAT THAT WE DARE NOT SPEAK IT'S NAME" was not in it for the money why do they charge! I hate clone sties because they are illegal. I love it at VSIXc because it is legal. And the updates are great. I have found nothing I dislike about VSIXc. I do think anyone who trys it
would stay and the best part is it will be around forever, IRCx is not in for the money as some are. If they say they are not, why chage 50 bucks to register a room on there server, hm well i guess jay can talk his way around that! IRXc just wants to supply a chat server for people to chat on legally and safe! Well what can you say when you like a server, don't mean to bash the others but I bashed MSN so I guess it's because they look to much like MSN chat, because they use MSN software! I hate to see, you are ban from msn chat! or get MSN staff when you type /credits it is like i'm stuck in a time! and can't get way from MSN. It's a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It to is a shame to see so many so called Christian supporting these illegal chat servers! Well will just have to keep this in prayer! If any Christian read this rethink what you are doing. and to one out there there is not illegal programs or software on my computer! I read this is some other post where they tryed to say people have illegal software in there computers reaching for a reason to make this right, but they need to remember you can not make it right even iif someone did this is between you and God! I stand corrected. I agree with your interpretation for the rule of thumb. However, correct legal perspective is given in example in the article - courts normally differ. PS: That doesn't mean people should go on keep using the mp3's from file sharing programs like Morpheus or chat ocx from msn clones like Buzzen: In worst case scenario court can use last infringement date.
Coming back to the original topic a lawyer once said to me that a copyrighted can get into public domain if statute of limitation passes. I can't find any clear ref. for or against it... I found one but it is not clear cut:

One more thing, don't ruin a perfectly good discussion with personal attacks. Purpose if this thread is to gain more knowledge surrounding copyright issues, I used msn chat control to make it more interesting, but that doesn't ok personal attacks to anyone. So please refrain from using personal comments.
Sounds to me buzzen is still trying to make there wrong in using the oxc file right! Wish they would get a life and make there own. That way they woulld have 2 feet to stand on and MSN could not knock them down. LOL rock on with www.VSIXC.com they are standing on there own 2 feet! and they rock!

I would like to inform you that using MSN data files, including MSN Chat ocx, by any third party sites without any permission is illegal. They must receive permission first for them to use MSN Chat ocx.
The usage of MSN ocx of the sites www.buzzen.com and www.phreik.com is currently under investigation.

Amen the truth is just coming to the surface! I feel for the regurlar chatter that does not understand! Buzzen is now passing this a rumor! They have a story for anything but never the truth!

I do Agree it is sad that anyone would flood a server, what ever one it maybe! It to is wrong to send spam too, agreed! But Buzzen set there own standard and morals with the illegal use of the oxc file. So why now, do they worry about what is legal or illegal seems they want to be protected by laws they break. Now if MSN does a thing about it or not, that is there fight. I think it is sad so many Christian rooms support this illegal use if the oxc files on any cloned MSN chat site that uses them. Which does not give a good light to the Christians that are truly standing for God. It makes it harder for us in the sight of others! But in all things I will let God be the judge! I just know I sleep good.

Well you are needing help at Buzzen! You may want to check at MSN seeing you are running there software and they are used to working with it! Just a thought maybe it will help, maybe not!

Well this is my thought! But was unsure so i called msn and they in NO WAY support the use of the oxc file and said they would be taking action on this matter. And even if they get there own oxc files they will still have to answer for the use of it in the past and that msn claim that is the reason for having to close due the miss use if the oxc file and stealing the paying people from MSN and people going to a free chat sites using msn files. And so many of these people that support this write codes so how would you feel if someone stole your codes and used them and let alone charged for there use. I do think it is wrong and I as a True Christian can not understand this! Well it is up to people and where God leads them But buzzen must make it clear to it's users of this matter and they will one day have to answer for this weather it be here on earth or after When they Stand before God! Now i see buzzen trying to pass this on to the chatter. So chatters must think about this in picking a site to open a room. They stole now they (Buzzen) is passing the blame to you! Well my thoughts and i'm sticking to them! Standing for God! I in no way mean to disrespect the work they have done but it is a shame that they did not write there oxc file years ago. But this never has happened yet so i quess MSN's claim is stronger now. and They closed or had to close due to the fact it was not making money. Has anyone stopped to think MSN would still be up and running if the oxc was not miss used! JUST A THOUGHT!

How hard is it to see! try it delete the file and then go to buzzen and see for yourself!
