Updates - Moschino[Buzzen]1.7

* Condensed the passport manager/font lister/other options into 1 moschino setup dialog.
* Removed the PING check command, caused too many problems after a slight Buzzen update.
* Changed the whisper input event to stop notices going out to the channel. Also,
fixed the whisper font to appear correctly. Added in option to shut off whispers completely.
* Whispers now work in the correct font format, when sent.
* Expanded the userlist system for globalo/localo functionality,
as well as ability to deny a custom mask in the Banlist tab of the userlist dialog.
* Added in a version checker to alert users of new Moschino[Buzzen] versions, and other script remotes.
* Added in a new profile manager.
* Fixed mass room join dialog to display correct total after channel added/removed.
* Added in auto join on start functionality to the mass joiner.
* Fixed the channel toolbar, this was a big problem on 1.6 - screwing the nicklist up, it now uses the dcx dll.
* Connection shoud run alot more smoother than normal, most the previous socket errors were fixed.
* The mass/auto room joiner and the channel lister are part of the full connection now.
