Overview
Hash Table Scanner to scan lists using my Auto Lister upon joining a room for chatters on Ownerlist, Hostlist, Shitlist, and Kicklist. If chatter is on Ownerlist and not ownered it will make them an owner. If chatter is on Kicklist and sitting in room when you join they will be kicked. Thanks to TGK for fixing a small bug.
