Overview
This is a dialog that has its own built in banlist, kicklist, ownerlist and hostlist. With a few options for each list; that include editing messages (allowing usage of *me and *nick for identifiers $nick and $me) and disabling the features. It stores any host/ownerkeys that are changed and allow them to be used on join if it is needed. There is also the option for changing various room modes, and hosting/ownering/kicking users.
