Overview
Just a tictactoe dialog. It uses ctcps to let 2 users with the add-on to play. It doesn\'t have auto restart game. allows users to send messenges to eachother(they must be in the same room to play). You need the dll to make it look right. Just put the addon in your script folder and type /load -rs tictactoe.mrc to load it.
