Guest Glock
Does anyone have anything or know a way to have the bot insert the name of the guide who helped the user? Example: Thanks for visiting HelpDesk. I hope that the GUIDE ( [guide name] ) was able to help you. If anyone knows how to do this please feel free to post it here Edited June 5, 2013 by Glock
